About The Founder
Alykhan Sunderji has over a decade of experience advising businesses of all sizes. Before founding Sunder Legal, he led legal for Amazon Fashion and Amazon Canada, overseeing major commercial and corporate matters.
Alykhan began his career at Paul, Weiss (Rifkind Wharton & Garrison) in New York, practicing Mergers & Acquisitions. He earned his law degree from the University of Toronto, a Master
of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, and a BA from McGill University.
Born in Vancouver, Alykhan grew up working in his family’s businesses—from hospitality to agriculture—giving him a hands-on understanding of how companies really operate.
